Today, the Jodhpur Guar seed delivery prices went significantly up by 1.4% and reached at INR 5,513/Qtl. as compared to previous day price of INR 5,434/Qtl. Also, the Jodhpur guar gum prices recorded up at by 2.8% and reached at INR 10,900/Qtl. as compared to INR 10,600/Qtl. the previous day.     

The Guar prices have recorded a significant improvement in the market amid the continued high temperature in the north western parts of Rajasthan where the Guar sowing has started but the persistent high temperature and absence of rainfall in the region have raised concerns about the potential crop loss if these conditions continue for the next 10-15 days.
