According to the 3rd advance Estimates of production of Pulses for 2023-24 (Kharif & Rabi) released by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Tur production is estimated at 33.85 lakh tonnes, Gram at 115.76 lakh tonnes (previous est. 121.61 lakh tonnes), Urad at 20.55 lakh tonnes, Moong at 15.06 lakh tonnes, Lentil at 17.54 lakh tonnes.
