Field Peas sowing has been completed in Canada amidst good moisture content owing to beneficial rainfall so far. Canada is expected to produce 36 lakh tonnes of Peas including 28.5 lakh tonnes YP and 6 lakh tonnes Green Peas with the ploughing 35 lakh ha. areas which is (15% more than last year). Now, weather is going to play a crucial role in deciding the yield / production as higher temperatures are needed soon.
