As per IMD latest prediction, Monsoon is expected to be remain good this year as El Nino condition is likely to diminish by June, 2024. It said that El Nino is weakening and chances for La-Nina conditions have increased by August. Indian weather scientists believe that if La Nina conditions set in by June-August, monsoon rains could be improved compared to last year.
