SovEcon, a Black Sea market analyst, has increased its estimate for the Russian wheat crop by 1 LMT to 84.2 million tons. However, it has reduced its corn production forecast by 1.2 million tons to 13.4 million tons due to hot weather causing significant damage to late crops, especially in the southern regions. Additionally, SovEcon has revised its total grain export forecast for July upward by 100,000 tons to 3.5 million tons, compared to 4.7 million tons in June. This adjustment is largely due to an increase in wheat exports, now projected at 2.9 million tons.
