The Department of Food and Public Distribution (DFPD) has released a monthly sales quota of 25.5 LT for Jun 2024 compared to 27 LT in the previous month and 2 LT higher compared to the same period last year. With more summer demand likely to keep the prices firm but the upcoming early monsoon arrival may keep the prices under pressure at the same time.
