According to the IMD, conditions are favorable for the Southwest Monsoon to advance further into additional areas of the North Arabian Sea and Gujarat State, more regions of Madhya Pradesh, the remaining parts of Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Bihar, and parts of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand over the next 3-4 days. The Southwest Monsoon has already covered Maharashtra and most parts of Madhya Pradesh.
