As per trade sources, a total of 57,925 MT Pulses were imported at Chennai port during the period of 1st to 20th April, 2024. The total quantity imported during the period included 17,225 MT Tur, 34,300 MT Urad, 1750 MT Lentil, 1750 MT Lentil, 1125 Black Eye Beans, 325 MT Chickpeas, 100 MT BEB, 325 MT Kidney Bean, 2600 MT Yellow Peas, 100 MT Cowpea.
