As per trade sources, a total of 78,450 MT Pulses were imported at Chennai port during the period of 1st to 31st May, 2024. The total quantity imported during the period included 27,450 MT Tur, 45,675 MT Urad, 775 MT Lentil, 100 MT Red Kidney Beans, 1500 Black Eye Beans, 825 MT LLB, 475 MT Kidney Bean, 525 MT Yellow Peas, 75 MT Lima Beans and 450 MT Cowpea.
