As of late last week, the 2023/24 soybean harvest in Brazil reached 74%, marking a 5% increase from the previous week. This surpasses last year's progress of 69% but slightly trails the 76% average, as reported by AgRural. Rainfall in the northern regions has hindered harvesting speed, while in Rio Grande do Sul, rainfall subsided, enabling a quicker pace. However, more rainfall is required in the state to support late-planted soybeans in the pod-filling stage.
