Currently, 76% of the corn in Mato Grosso has been harvested, with Imea increasing production estimates by 3.1% from the previous month. The safrinha corn harvest was 63% complete as of late last week, compared to 26% last year, marking a 14% weekly advance. Hot and dry weather has facilitated rapid grain drying, accelerating the harvest pace to a record speed.
