The FAS revised Brazil's corn harvest projection by 2 million MT lower compared to the earlier forecast, now estimating it at 122 million MT for 2023-24, it is significantly down from the 135.5 million MT harvested in 2022-23. Additionally, the FAS reduced its forecast for Brazil's corn exports by 13% to 45 million MT.
