As per the latest data released by Anec, the Brazilian soybean meal exports were estimated at 2.40 million tons in July. Anec has revised up its July soymeal estimate from the 2.23 million tons that was expected a week earlier. Anec reports that the last month when Brazilian soybean meal exports reached a record high was in May 2023 when 2.27 million tonnes were shipped. This significant increase in exports in the month of July 2024 is attributed to factors including strong global demand, particularly from Asian and European markets, and favorable exchange rates.
